Spelt Right is an emerging brand of artisan baked products made from one of the oldest grains.
Spelt Right came to The Shelf with the need of a rebranding. Consumers were enthusiastic upon the release of the spelt products itself, due to its health benefits and great taste. However, the brand identity and packaging were viewed as un-engaging and did not draw new potential consumers on it’s own. Their products were easily overlooked in terms of shelf presence.
We rebranded the Spelt Right company to convey the message of, “healthier lifestyle living and nutrition that you will feel good about”, in order to make an instant connection with their target audience.
First thing we did was redesign their logo to embrace the true nature of their products. The end result was a logo which spoke to health-minded people, and connected with consumers as a “better for you, grain”.
